What to expect at your first dental visit
At our dental office we would like to get to know you better and reserve time specifically aimed to serve your needs. At your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes prior to allow you to fill out any paperwork and give us more information about yourself. The first appointment gives you an opportunity for you to discuss your needs with our professional and well trained dentists. This first visit is crucial to allow us to help you and better understand your individual needs. We hope to form a long term relationship and get to know you better and vice versa. We are honoured to have the opportunity to serve you.

Bookings and Cancellations
48 hours notice for rescheduling of appointments is required in which case no charge will be made. Short notice and no-show appointments will be charged at $50.00 per half hour. Unfortunately, we do not accept rescheduling of appointments via email.
Fees and Payments
Our office fees mostly follow the BCDA Fee Guide. We will provide patients with a treatment proposal prior to dental treatment. Payment for dental work is due on the day of treatment and we will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash. We do not accept personal cheques.

Your Insurance Form
INSURANCE
As a service to our patients we want to continue to bill your insurance company. However, please understand that the insurance coverage is a contract between the patient, the insurance company and the employer; not the dentist. The benefits you will receive are based on the terms of the contract that were negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company and not your dental centre.
We are pleased to offer all our clients assignment of benefits; we direct bill your Insurance Provider on your behalf. Our goal is to maximize your Insurance benefits and make your dental visits as streamlined as possible. Your Insurance details are private and only made available to you and your employer. Insurance details are protected by the privacy act and we are not able to obtain any specific information. In order to better assist you better and provide you with accurate estimates/statements please inform us of any changes to your benefits or plan.
